My approach is intuitive rather than following a predetermined routine. I connect with Universal Energy and Spirit, allowing sensations and intuitive impressions to guide where I place my attention.

When the energy work is complete, I will give you a little time to quietly return to the moment.
If you wish, we can then talk about anything you experienced during the session and anything I may have sensed or felt while working with you.
There is never an expectation that you need to explain or interpret your experience.
Sometimes it is enough simply to receive.

Before your session, take a moment to set an intention for what you would like to focus on, release, or welcome. It can be simple—just something meaningful to you.
Optional cultural offerings of sage, sweetgrass, tobacco or other sacred plant medicines are welcomed with gratitude.

A $65 deposit reserves your session and is applied toward the session cost. The deposit is fully refundable when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, or for missed appointments.
