Every session begins with a conversation. You do not need to have the right words or know exactly what you are looking for.

In keeping with Indigenous traditions of reciprocity, I respectfully welcome offerings of sage, sweetgrass, tobacco or other sacred plant medicines. These offerings are always optional and are received with gratitude—there is never an expectation or obligation to bring one.
Cultural offerings are welcomed as gestures of respect and reciprocity and are separate from the session fee and booking deposit.
